Salon Policies

Credit Card Required
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule a longer, specialized service appointment. Once given I can not see your number, security code, etc. My booking system has a protection measure. We require 24 hour notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hour notice is not given for a cancellation/scheduling. Bella Capelli Salon LLC reserves the right to and and will charge the credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellation or changes to the services scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service scheduled.

Refund Policy

Bella Capelli Salon LLC has a no refund policy. 
*Within the first week, you are able to come in for an adjustment.

Lateness Policy

Here at Bella Capelli Salon, we have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it may prohibit you from scheduling future services at Bella Capelli Salon LLC.

No Call/No Show

If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made.

Confirmation Text

24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder text which you will need to reply to. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and cancellation fee.
